All are welcomed to attend Debate Club meetings during and after soccer season.

However, the meetings will end by 4:25 and you are to be picked up BY 4:30.

I understand there are traffic issues and once in a while your parents will not get to the Academy exactly at that time.

Therefore, 4:35 is occasionally understandable.

HOWEVER, if your ride does not pick you up by 4:45, that is ONE STRIKE and in this case ...YOU ARE OUT.

I have a child myself and responsibilities beyond my students and anyone being picked up AFTER 4:45 suggests an indifference to my situation.

Therefore, let it be known, any student who is picked up past 4:45 will forfeit their membership to the Debate Club until further notice.
