Livestream concert premiering on YouTube

Music students in the School of the Arts on the MCVTS East Brunswick Campus will present a livestream performance Friday, May 7, at 7 p.m. on YouTube.

 

Music teacher Andy Greatorex said the program -- called "Volume II, 2021," will include about two dozen pieces, both originals and covers, that were recorded in the East Brunswick Campus music studio or virtually from students' homes.

 

Thirty-three students in grades 9-12 will be involved.

 

The 90-minute livestream, which is in lieu of the usual spring music concert, will be available on YouTube following the premiere. Just search "MCVTS Music."
