Parents/Guardians,

You may fill out the Free and Reduced Lunch form when you log on to your Parent Genesis account.  

• Log into the Parent Portal
• Go to the Forms tab
• At the very bottom is the link for Free and Reduced Lunch
• After reading the Pricing page, please go to the bottom of the page and click the box to "agree"
• Click "Accept and Continue" to move one to the form you will need to fully fill out
