           2016 East Brunswick Tech Soccer          

Dear Incoming Freshman/Transfer Student:

Please accept this letter as my personal invitation to join the East Brunswick Tech 2016 Soccer Team. The Tiger soccer team is a coed team so boys and girls, as well as beginners are welcome. We have a varsity and junior varsity team so there is a place for all skill levels.

To be eligible to play, you must first complete and submit a permission slip and various medical forms which may be downloaded from www.mcmsnj.net or obtained directly from the athletic office.

You must be examined by a physician who must complete and sign the downloadable

Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form and Permission Slip. 

The free school physicals are scheduled for AUGUST   ****4th****    at 9:30 AM in the school nurse’s office.

You may also use your own physician, but he/she must complete the school forms which must be submitted to the Nurse by for approval before beginning practice on August 15^th.

All forms may be found and downloaded at www.mcmsnj.net .

***You must be cleared by a physician before you can begin practice***

Practice starts on August 15^th so the sooner you obtain a physical the better.

We practice every day from 9:00-12:00 behind the school.

Once school starts we will practice from 3:45 to 6:00 daily, including Saturdays

Our first game will be during the first week of school.
