You should exercise and stretch on a regular basis.
You should maintain a healthy diet.
The first day of practice will start at 3:50 sharp.
Be ready to practice at that time.The first scrimmage is March 15 , 2016.
Start playing catch with a family member of friend now.
Oil or condition your glove now and keep a softball in the “Pocket”
