AWAY GAME PICK-UP POLICY
** If the parent/guardian is planning to take their son home from an AWAY game they are required to:
1.) Have an ID; (the person picking up the student-athlete must have an ID)
2.) Be physically seen by the coach (ex. not parked on the street in the car)
** If the student-athlete is going home with someone other the parent/guardian from an AWAY game the following is required:
1.) Only family members (ex. brother, uncle, grandparent, etc) OR another player's parent may pick up the student-athlete.
2.) Have a signed written note from the parent/guardian that is required to:
- Be received BEFORE the team leaves for the game or earlier.
- Give clear permission to go home with the name of the specified person responsible for pick-up.
OR
The parent may contact the school principal @ 732-634-5858 x 3016:
- BEFORE the team leaves for the game or earlier
- Give clear permission to go home with the name of the specified person responsible for pick-up.
3.) Have an ID; (the person picking up the student-athlete must have an ID)
4.) Be physically seen by the coach upon pickup (not parked on the street in the vehicle)
*** If one or more of the following requirements are not fulfilled it will be required that the student-athlete take the bus back to the school and arrange for pickup.***
