If you are absent the day of the lab, you have four options

 

1. Need to see me sometime during the remainder of the week in the AM to make-up the lab.  (I set up the lab Monday and take it down that Friday)

2. Alternative assignment (see below)

3. Do the lab at home (half the time you can)

4. See me during a time I am doing the lab with another class (highly not recommended for you will be missing gym and other academic classes)

 

 

 

Find 5 science journal articles and current events (does not have to be chemistry related) 

Summarize those articles in at least one page (5 pages total) 

Must include the following: Name of the article, work cited of the article, what the article was about, key events or people in the article, your opinion (if applicable)

 

Remember that when you are absent the day of the lab, these alternative assignments are due the same day as the class. No extensions.
