Welcome to U.S. History 2.  My name is Mrs. Hughes. This year we will be studying events in history from the early 1900ś and ending with contemporary issues.  In US 2 everything is done from a United States perspective and include such topics as the Great Depression, World Wars 1 and 2, the Civil Rights Movement and other key U.S. historical events.  We use both documents, political cartoons, timelines, webquests and discussion questions to help us understand these key events.  Most of our lessons are posted on Google Classroom.  My email is hughesl@mcmsnj.net.  Please feel free to email me with any questions.
