STRENGTH
You have the choice of either Body Weight (BW) circuits or Free Weight (FW) circuits. Change it up between BW and FW.* If you complete the FW circuits you will see a gain in muscular strength and endurance.* The BW circuits will tone your muscles as well as help you to gain muscular endurance.
* BW circuits are the minimum amount of strength training you should be doing.
