A Little Bit About Me: Hello Class of 2029! Welcome to Woodbridge Academy, and congratulations on your acceptance! I’m a rising senior from East Brunswick and I’m so excited to meet you and help you transition into the Academy. My hobbies include reading, writing, singing, playing the piano, and listening to music. I also love traveling, exploring new cultures, and learning about their history. At the Woodbridge Academy, you’ll make many new friends and memories through our numerous clubs, extracurriculars, and community service activities. My favorite experiences include several interactive group projects with my friends, various hands-on experiments in the laboratory, and our annual pep rallies. In my time here, I’ve learned many life skills, including time management, teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, and public speaking. As your peer mentor, I look forward to working with you to ensure that your transition into high school is stress-free. Attending a completely new school with classmates you’ve never met before can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. I’m always available to talk, answer questions, and provide support. My favorite part about the Academy is the relationships I’ve built not only with my classmates but with my teachers too.
