• Incident IQ

    All matters that are not an emergency should be submitted to through Incident IQ.

    Staff should submit learning platform support needs and non-urgent problems through Incident IQ. Typical issues will usually include staff/student login issues, data import/export, Google SSO authorization errors, assistance with products/professional development requests, or systems permission change requests.  Importing Graduation Assessment Scores to Genesis should also be directed through Incident IQ to keep that workflow better organized and ensure accurate completion.  

    Please use your discretion as to what constitutes an emergency. Live student testing issues, especially state assessment-related, will always be classified as time-sensitive and should be immediately reported to me via phone/cell/email.
