Remind 101 is a program that allows a teacher to “text” students without any exchange of numbers.  I will never see your phone number and you will never see mine.  The program is entirely one-way communication, so I cannot ever see your message if you text the program in response.  I also cannot text an individual student; instead, I have groups sorted out by classes and I am only able to text the whole class at one time.  These come through on your phone like a normal text message, so only sign up if you have a texting plan already established!

To sign up, text your class code as a message to the phone number (732) 993-6049.  Your class code is @wasco and the name of your class all as one word.  For example, my six class codes are:

·        @wasco11A

·        @wasco11B

·        @wasco11C

Simply send your class code in the message area of your text to the phone number above.  Once you do this, it will respond to you and prompt you to send your full name.  If you send a name that is not yours, I will delete you from the list!
