School Doctor Physicals

Next school physicals will be done (date to be decided).

You must complete the online permissions for school physicians to complete your physical.  All permissions for sports physicals are due at least 1 day prior to physicals in order to have a spot reserved for you. Sports permissions can be found on the school ATHLETICS tab. First-come, first-served basis. THINK BASKETBALL! Any questions email the school nurse at kellyn@mcmsnj.net.  

 Any student wishing to participate in sports or is a new student in 9th or higher grade is required to have a current physical and may use the school doctor to obtain the needed physical.
