2 MCVTS schools in Top 5 in state in SAT scores

Two of the Middlesex County Vocational and Technical Schools are in the Top 5 public schools in New Jersey for SAT scores.

The Middlesex County Academy for Science, Mathematics and Engineering Technologies in Edison was second, with an average score of 1,477.

The Middlesex County Academy for Allied Health and Biomedical Sciences was fifth, with an average score of 1,413.

Only five schools averaged above 1,400 on the SATs for the last school year, with the state average at 1,075 out of a possible 1,600.
